Jiang Shengxia, master, associate researcher, mainly focuses on the research of dendroclimatology and dendrochemistry. She has hosted 3 scientific research projects, published 10 papers as the first or corresponding author, and participated in the compilation of 3 monographs.

Li Shujuan
associate research fellow
Shujuan Li graduated with a Master of Science degree in Meteorology from the School of Atmospheric Sciences, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology in June 2013. In July of the same year, she joined the Institute of Desert Meteorology, China Meteorological Administration in Urumqi. Her primary research focuses on extreme event analysis, climate diagnostics, and the study of dynamic mechanisms. Since taking office, she has presided over 1 project of the Regional Natural Science Foundation, 1 project of the Central Asia Fund, and 1 project of the scientific research operation fund. She had also participated in more than ten projects, including 4 national-level projects, 1 provincial and ministerial-level project, and other projects, among which she was a key member in 1 national-level project. She had published more than 20 papers in core journals in total. In addition, She was a key participant in formulating and releasing 3 local standards, and participated in the compilation of several decision-making consultation reports. During her research, she has been engaged in research on such aspects as the verification and correction of climate model forecast effects, the forecast and early warning of snowmelt floods, and the assessment of climate resources.

Liu Jing

Liu Jing, born in October 1991, is an associate researcher at the Urumqi Desert Meteorology Institute of the China Meteorological Administration, engaged in the observation of cloud water resources and high-impact weather processes, as well as the research on their occurrence and development mechanisms. She has successively won the Third Prize of the Autonomous Region Natural Science Excellent Academic Paper (2018), the "Young Backbone Talent" of Xinjiang Meteorological Bureau (2019), the Second Prize of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Science and Technology Progress Award (2022), and other honors. He has presided over 4 scientific research projects including the Natural Science Foundation of the Autonomous Region and the guiding plan project of Xinjiang Meteorological Bureau, and has participated as a key member in 7 national and provincial-level projects. The first author has published 15 papers (3 SCI papers and 12 core Chinese papers), the corresponding author has published 6 papers, and co-authored 16 papers. Two monographs have been co-authored (ranked 3rd and 6th), and 10 utility model patents and software Copyrights have been authorized.

Zhang Jinru, female, of Han ethnicity, was born in April 1992. She is an assistant researcher. In 2018, she obtained a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. She is engaged in research on cloud and precipitation physics. She presides over 1 provincial - ministerial - level scientific research project and 3 department - bureau - level scientific research projects; she participates in multiple projects including the National Key R & D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation. As the first author, she has published 4 papers, including 1 SCI paper and 3 papers in Chinese core journals.
