买买提艾力·买买提依明，男，维吾尔族，南京信息工程大学应用气象学博士，三级研究员，新疆气象局沙漠边界层气象团队首席科学家，2022年入选新疆气象局领军人才。2011年在中国气象科学研究院和中国科学院青藏高原研究所从事访问研究工作。现为中国气象局乌鲁木齐沙漠气象研究所所长、党总支书记，新疆空中云水资源开发利用创新研究院执行院长、新疆塔克拉玛干沙漠气象野外科学国家野外科学观测研究站站长、新疆沙漠气象与沙尘暴重点实验室主任，新疆大学博士研究生导师，新疆大学、新疆师范大学、新疆农业大学、成都信息工程大学、山西师范大学、中国气象科学研究院硕士研究生导师，为新疆气象学会副理事长、中国气象学会理事，为《沙漠与绿洲气象》、《干旱气象》等期刊编委。为《Remote Sensing》《Arabian Journal of Geosciences》《Journal of Wind Engineering & Industrial Aerodynamics》 《atmosphere》等期刊的审稿专家。 主要从事沙漠陆-气相互作用观测与模拟研究；陆地生态系统碳循环；风能太阳能资源精细化评估研究；空中云水资源评估及开发利用。
