Introduction：Liu Xinchun, male, Han nationality, CPC member, born in 1977, Master of Engineering, researcher, master tutor of Xinjiang University. He is the director of the office, in charge of the office work of the Desert Institute, and in charge of the personnel and financial work. He is mainly engaged in atmospheric aerosol observation research, detection technology and system development. 近年来，主持各类项目26项，其中国家面上基金1 项，自治区面上基金2 项；自治区优秀青年科技人才项目1项，其他省部级5项，厅局级6项，横向项目 7 项，改善科研条件专项 4 项。作为骨干参加国家基金等国家级项目7项、省部级7项。在本领域学术期刊发表第一（通讯）作者论文59篇（其中第一作者47篇（第一作者SCI 5篇），通讯作者SCI/EI 7篇）；参与专著1部, 完成报告4篇，规划5种；获专利13项（8项列1）、软著11件（列1）。获自治区科技进步三等奖（列5）、中国环境学会年会优秀论文一等和三等奖（列1）等省部级奖励5项并入选2020年新疆天山青年计划及2020年新疆气象局高层次科技创新人才。
